A historical importer of royal jelly, it is only natural that the CEVRAI laboratory has, over the years, started offering to manufacture royal jelly products for its clients.

Glass jars (10g, 25g, 30g)

The royal jelly we use maintains the cold chain to preserve all its benefits. We have a large cold storage area in our warehouses, ensuring the optimal quality of our products.

Using a clever process, we package almost all our royal jelly jars under vacuum to allow for better preservation and reduce oxidation.

Our glass jars can be screen-printed with your brand, or we can attach a “watch-type” label on the lid. The jars are then packaged in polystyrene shells (used for their isothermal properties) on which we affix your label.

Glass Ampoules

As you probably know, the CEVRAI Laboratory is fortunate to closely collaborate with the CELS Laboratory, which specializes in liquid dietary supplements.

Together, we have developed numerous formulas combining our royal jelly with various other ingredients such as Ginseng, Pollen, Propolis, Honey, and many more.

We can manufacture your bi-point glass ampoules (5 to 20mL) with your own screen printing, and we also handle the supply of your packaging and the packaging process.

Le laboratoire CELS (the CELS laboratory) has autoclaves and a tyndallization tank, allowing you to create your formulas without preservatives and even organic (see our Ecocert certificate) while preserving the integrity of the royal jelly.

Our formulas can contain up to 1400mg of royal jelly per 10mL ampoule.

Plastic Ampoules (CelsDose®)

As part of its partnership with Laboratoire CELS, the CEVRAI Laboratory offers you an innovative alternative to more traditional glass ampoules – the CelsDose®

Injected in France and patented with a unique closure system, the CelsDose® is a portable, recyclable dosage form that can undergo thermal treatment (sterilization or tyndallization).

You have a wide range of color options for tubes and caps, as well as for pad printing, allowing for a marketing approach to your products.

We can manufacture your CelsDoses® (5 and 10mL) with your own screen printing, and we also handle the supply of your packaging and the packaging process.

The CELS laboratory has autoclaves and a tyndallization tank, allowing you to create your formulas without preservatives and even organic (see our Ecocert certificate) while preserving the integrity of the royal jelly.

Our formulas can contain up to 2000mg of royal jelly per 10mL CelsDose®.

Royal Jelly Lyophilized Capsules

We can manufacture capsules containing our lyophilized royal jelly, either conventional or organic, with a 10HDA concentration typically three times higher than that of classic royal jelly (approximately 4.2% compared to 1.4% for classic royal jelly).

With our counting and blister packaging machines, we can provide you with a turnkey product under your brand.
