General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions are concluded between, on the one hand, Laboratoire Cevrai F.C.V SA, with a share capital of €309,370, whose registered office is located at 1 rue de la côte du pied, 63570 Brassac-les-Mines, France, registered with the Montpellier Trade and Companies Register under number 380 307 843 R.C.S Montpellier; VAT number FR35380307843 (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”), and on the other hand, any natural person wishing to make a purchase via the website “cevrai.fr” (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”).
Any order of products, whether standard or promotional, implies the Buyer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
These conditions include the prices displayed on the website, the order confirmation, and the present text. Unless expressly agreed in writing by the Seller, no special condition may prevail over the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Any conditions proposed by the Buyer, without explicit acceptance, shall be deemed inapplicable to the Seller, regardless of when they were communicated.
Placing an order constitutes a waiver of the Buyer’s own terms and conditions of purchase, and full acceptance of these terms.
2. Orders and Delivery Timeframes
To place an order, the Buyer must select one or more products and add them to their virtual cart. The cart can be modified at any time before payment. After the product(s) are added, the Buyer clicks on “view cart” and then “checkout”. A form page opens for the Buyer to enter their details. The Buyer must accept the present terms and conditions before proceeding to payment by clicking the “place order” button.
The Buyer will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are final and cannot be canceled or modified unless the right of withdrawal is exercised (see §3).
Only paid orders containing the following information can be processed: last name, first name, email address, phone number, and complete shipping address.
Orders are shipped within a minimum of 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of receipt by the Seller. For international orders, the delay is extended to 10 business days.
The Seller will notify the Buyer of any product unavailability, whether temporary or permanent. In such cases, the delivery timeline becomes irrelevant.
To be accepted, any complaints regarding the condition of goods must be stated on the delivery slip, signed by the recipient and counter-signed by the courier.
The Seller reserves the right to suspend deliveries in case of a perceived decrease in the Buyer’s solvency.
3. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may cancel the contract within 14 days after receipt of the goods. To do so, the Buyer must contact the company via email at commande@cevrai.fr, optionally using the withdrawal form provided below.
