Our extraction centre produces aqueous extracts from dried plants, seeds or buds, at the ratio you need. Each batch is stabilised, then delivered as liquid bulk or filled into the finished format of your choice.
From the Plant to the Extract.
We extract the active parts of the plant with water only, starting from organic or conventional raw materials selected and traced for your project.
Dried Plants
Leaves, flowers, roots, aerial parts or barks, dried and ready to be extracted with water.
Seeds
Whole or crushed seeds, extracted to release their water-soluble compounds.
Buds
Fresh or dried plant buds, for extracts that capture the richness of young plant tissue.
All raw materials are available in organic or conventional quality, with full traceability from sourcing to the finished extract.
Water as the Only Solvent.
Aqueous extraction uses water to draw out the water-soluble compounds of the plant. It is a simple, natural process, well suited to organic products and to liquid supplements.

4 Ways to Stabilise Your Extract.
The microbial load of each extract is controlled with the method best suited to your formula, your packaging and the shelf life you need.
Pasteurisation
A controlled heat treatment that reduces the microbial load, used in particular for our organic syrups.
Tyndallisation
Successive heat cycles, notably on glass bottles, to stabilise organic products without preservatives.
Sterilisation
Autoclave sterilisation for the highest level of microbial control.
Preservatives
Addition of authorised preservatives when the formula or the format requires it.
Our team recommends the most suitable method for your project, according to the formula, the format and the target shelf life.

Once stabilised, your extract can be delivered in bulk or filled directly on our lines into the finished format of your choice.
